some people just like a clean look...its why people debadge their vehicles
anyway...when i had a mogul it had a nasty yellow sprint logo and i just used a dime or nickel to lightly take it off. it worked and didnt leave any scratches. do this at your own risk as i have not tried it on the tour good luck

I seriously don't understand these types of responses. Great, we get it. You don't want to remove the logo but the OP obviously does which is why he is asking. Who cares why he wants to... It's irrelevant.

Its not irrelevant if I'm curious as to why he would want to do that. Your response, however, would be irrelevant considering you didn't address any part of the OP's question.

For the love...I just don't want a carrier's logo on my phone. I have never like having the logo on any of my phones whether it be on my Sprint phones or AT&T.
"Anyone removed the Sprint or Verizon logo thread" becomes a Sprint bashing thread. Yes, spread that generalization of Verizon subscribers more and more please.
OP, you'll have to do some mod work on your phone if you want it looking clean.
I wouldn't remove the logo myself as I would be afraid of scratching it or dulling the finish, but certainly did like the clean unbranded look of my 8830 when I changed the silver housing to the solid black unbranded housing. Didn't say World Edition either. Looked good. I could see why you might want to do it. I have no ideas as to how without damage, but if you come up with something, let us know.
Can't you just Sharpie over it? Or does that look too tacky? It would work from afar or in the dark.
I guess the sugar method works better in the long run as long as you don't get sugar in between the cracks.
