Anyone with hourglass on startup?
Some time ago, I updated to a 5.0.0.4xx. That was the first time I saw a 10 second hourglass right after the red LED. I thought it was because of that particular OS.
After a couple of years and several updates, even now where I'm at 5.0.0.1078, its still there. Finally decided to bottom it yesterday. Tried /resettofactory, /nojvm & double wiped, to no avail. More like an irk because I've never seen any other BB with that hourglass.
Point is, does every Tour do this or what. - 06-23-2012, 05:12 PM #2
Haven't used mine for months now, it's a backup now, so I don't remember but it seems like I might have seen it.
Edit: just put the battery in it. Yep its there on .484Last edited by kbz1960; 06-23-2012 at 05:16 PM.

Yes, that is what the Tour has always done during startup. It goes from that to the loading screen. I used to have a Tour, so that is how I know. Nothin to freak out about.
