Default Anyone heard anything about the strength of the vibrator?

I have read several reviews but haven't seen anything about the vibrating function. I have hit a span of phones with weak vibrators and its driving me crazy because most of the time I cannot have a ringer on. If you haven't heard anything about the Tour in particular how are they on BB's in general?

Agreed the Curve's vibrating function can be heard and felt. My whole desk shakes when it vibrates.

I'm hoping it's pretty strong as well. My old LG VX8700 had a very strong vibrate function and I could hear it across the house most of the time. One of the reasons I ruled out the BB Flip was due to the weak vibrate. It was extremely soft, even in my bare hand.

The 8830 World is completely useless, it's nowhere near what the 8330 Curve is.

Hopefully it will be like the Curve

I would suggest going to the store once it is available and trying it out on the demo model. That would probably be the best way for you to tell if it is suitable for you.

Doesn't really matter, it is the only phone out on Sprint that will satisfy my needs so it was more out of curiosity than a deal breaker. They just don't offer anything else that comes close meeting what I need out of a phone. The only other alternative that still has 3G in my area is Verizon and their phones are pretty much the same and the monthly price is about $50 more so I am pretty much stuck one way or the other.
