Hi There,

I enabled "HTML Email" and "Download Images Automatically" under email settings, but the images never automatically get downloaded. I always have to click the menu button, then click "Get Images" individually for each email.

I'd love some help with this.

Search is your friend. This has been asked and answered about 1 bajillion times. Anyhoo, this can't be done. It's a security feature.

Hey there, thanks for the reply. At least now I know other people were having the same problem. I almost wonder if it's a bug and not a feature: the option description is pretty clear. It says "Download Images Automatically". I guess I just wonder why the option would exist if RIM never intended to allow for it to happen.

I'm glad I found this post because I was going to make a similar one. It sucks having to select "download all" but I guess I will have to settle.
