    My wife started her first Verizon contract the day the Storm came out. At this point she is on her third Storm and is going to need a fourth. No one in customer service will let her buy a Tour or offer her anything in any way to help her.

    Does anyone know any magic phrases or have any ideas as to what to do that might help her into a Tour and get her out of her Storm?

    In your case there is a magical phrase. It is: Multi-FRU

    This means that because your wife has had the storm replaced 3 times and will need a 4th, she is entitled to a BRAND new (not factory refurbished) Storm or another device of equal or lesser value.

    Pay the ETF for 130 , then add a line with the tour for 200 , u pay 330 for everything and sell you storm for 300 , come up 30 short but **** u have a tour

    Yeah ETF is as said Eairly term fee , and the multi fru means that if you replace a phone 3 or more times for a issue due to hardware then you are entitled to a phone of equal or lesser , but i thought that was in a certain time frame , i could be wrong .
