I'm trying to load Attachment Service, and since it doesn't come up on the list of software when I run DM, I was told to load the OS and then it will appear in the list. Well, when I load the OS, DM no longer recognizes that my bb is connected. It DOES recognize my bb if I delete the OS software. I have re-loaded both a few times now, and re-loaded DM with the Roxio feature - still no luck! Any suggestions? Thanks!

are you loading an OS put out by your carrier?
if you are with verizon and trying to load the 5.0 or 4.7.1.42 you will need to delete the vendor.xml file to be able to load it...

I am with Verizon, and successfully loaded DM 5.0 and OS 4.7.1.42. Where do I find vendor.xml ?

I had same problem. I noticed that attachment seems part of the core service books and not a separate service book.

mjixxx, how did you notice that? And, if it is part of the core service book (meaning that I already have it), any idea why I can't open attachments? Thanks.
