    How do I adjust the volume while listening to music? When I use the "volume up/down" buttons, it just goes to the next/previous songs.

    don't hold the buttons down that causes the music to skip or go back. press it once to go up one level in volume twice to go up two levels etc..

    This. You cant hold it to change the volume, you just have to tap it a bunch of times
