Accessing Youtube on the Tour

I currently have a blackberry 8830, and like many of the other blackberries it cannot play youtube videos full screen. The video is played in a tiny square in an already tiny screen (obviously since its a mobile phone) so it makes watching youtube clips difficult. Does anyone know if the tour will fix this problem?

Can' speak for Verizons Curve but Sprints plays Youtube videos full screen so I don't see why the Tour wouldn't.

I have an 8703e, which can't even play flash.

I cannot play vids full screen on my 8130, but one of the recent review videos showed the tour playing a vid full screen, and youtube plays in the same player

I'm thinking it'll be like the Storm. The Storm plays YouTube videos via Media Player or whatever it is. That was one of my concerns w/ the Tour but I am confident it'll be the same DONT LET ME DOWN RIM/VZN!

i have a storm for now, but you can view youtube videos full screen...also the Tour will show videos full screen on youtube as users here have already showed videos of the tour using youtube and its full screen

Can you not expand the screen like you do on a PC?

Have a look at what JRSCCivic has to say.
Unfortunately Youtube vids will likely continue to be tiny on BBs until RIM develops a Youtube app.
In the meantime you can try 'Vision' which is a free app that provides a bit of a larger picture for Youtube vids.

videos shown from youtube using the Tour will be FULL SIZE. Theres an option for full size screen. Just as the storm does, tour does the same, also, there is a youtube app for people saying there isn't one

I think they mean a real youtube app that isn't awful. The quality is just horrendous. Every other smartphone has one, yet we don't...

Yeah I've also noticed that the the quality is terrible despite the tiny screen. My gf's iphone plays the youtube clips in full screen yet the quality seems to be better too. Do blackberries convert the clips into smaller resolution or something?
