I just tried to update OTA to 5.0 on VZW and got "abonormal reset detected". Now my phone has been trying to restore for 20 minutes and is sitting at 1%


any ideas on how to resolve this?

Upgrading is a lengthy process, particularly OTA.

At this time, you are downloading some 50+ Mb of files before it can begin the install.

I already downloaded the update. It was during the install that it happened. Now its trying to restore the phone from the backup made before the install

Wait never mind! It worked fine, it was restoring from the backup after the 5.0 update!


Man, I thought it was restoring back to 4.7
