I started the OTA upgrade this morning at 9:30am, It is not 4:30pm and my phone still has not come back online. After MUCH time the upgrade completed and said it just needed to re-start my phone for everything to take effect.....that was more than 1.5 hrs. ago and currently the Verizon logo is on the screen and won't change.
I don't care what OS I'm running, I just need a working phone.....what can I do to make it work again?
Pull the battery and see if that "fixes" it. If not, you might want to download the OS directly to your computer and run the program on your computer. Then run Desktop Manager and see if it finds your phone and the OS.
