Alright, so .591 OS - tweaked the default 'vibrate only' profile to have diff vibrate settings, worked fine for a few days.
Now occasionally when I have a text or Gchat come in, it pings me audibly... which isn't exactly desired functionality.
My current work-around is to go back to edit the vibrate profile, change a setting and change back to re-apply the proper settings... this solves it until the phone gets amnesia again.
Can't figure out what's triggering it... but short of a miracle solution, does anyone think a clean-wipe might fix it... I only did the upgrade I think, none of this bbsak stuff.
This sure wasn't an issue with the previous OS version.
