2 questions regarding remove BES email

Hi there, I have a 2 questions...

1. I no longer work for a company that had me on their BES server. How to I get rid of that email account on my BB? I know I can hide the icon so I don't have to see it but is there a way to get rid of it completely?

2. All my calender entries are under my BES Server, If I get rid of that icon I would assume my calender entries would be gone along with it. How can I change those calender entries to say my BB email.

I was also unable to sync to my personal PC because the BES was set to wirelessly syn, calender, contacts and obviously emails?

They need to drop you from their BES, and then you then need to do a device wipe. Hopefully you backed up your calendar and contacts before you left.
