Apparently Youtube has been rolling out a new embed code using HTML 5 or needing some type of newer Flash player. I'm still using BB 7.0 on a VZW 9850 so this playback issue may have been fixed with 7.1 so someone that has 7.1 please advise.

I have gotten a "video is not available" or "you need to update to HTML 5 browser" or "you need the latest Flash player" messages when trying to view youtube embeds on my phone. Sometimes the embeds work and sometimes those messages appear. This workaround may sound elementary but I discovered it by accidentally clicking on the Youtube logo in the bottom right corner of the player. As you may know, this usually takes you directly to Youtube so you can then watch the video there. However, if you've experienced the error screen there will be no logo/link to click on, so you'll have to refresh the page to reload the embed player, then click the Youtube logo.
