    Default Worse blackberry repair service [PDA repair world]

    I have shipped my BB9850 to PDA repair world , they received my phone and processing repair and checking in Nov, till now they did not have any update for the repair status/cost for this case. Any idea for help? I have tried to leave them message, calling or other method but there is no feedback

    I wish I had read this post before sending my BB9650 to PDA Repair World through the Crackberry.com website. The phone was delivered to them, confirmed by delivery confirmation through UPS. Their phone number has a message that it is not functioning. Repeated emails to both PDA Repair World and Crackberry.com have yielded no response. Be careful....DO NOT USE CRACKBERRY.COM REPAIR SERVICES....It is a fraud.

    Hey VeroBeachGuy - sorry for your frustration.

    PDA Repair World was a third party company offering their services through CB. None of the orders, shipments, devices etc. were under our control. We've since taken down everything on the site referring to them and have been trying to get in touch directly to get these issues resolved.

    Our apologizes for your problems with them but rest assured we are trying to find out where the items are and get things cleared up as soon as we possibly can.
