The problem is I ordered my 9930 on the 15th and you must account for the 2 day ship time for your return so unless the Torch 9850 is going to launch this weekend I would have to lose my data plan for a few weeks.

I know eventually we will all lose the grandfathered data and I was never a data abuser, but I also don't want to have to keep track of it either. I guess the only way to really know is to make that decision in the next two days by trying one at Sprint and even then its a tough pressure call.

If you still have your Storm2, you could activate that on your line to keep the unlimited data while you wait for the 9850.
