Hi all,

I just got my 9850 a few days ago. I'm wondering if I there is a need to have a Verizon BIS email account. I currently have my BBID associated to my hotmail email address. The verizon rep (mamager actually) didn't tell me anything about setting up the BIS account. I just remember doing it several years ago with my wifes 8530. Am I missing out on anything? Are there security risks with using my hotmail accout?



My PlayBook also uses the same email address.

I don't use the BIS email. I guess it's just personal preference.
