Verizon 9850 When???

So my patience is wearing thin with no RIM/Verizon date for the 9850. I got tired of waiting. Im a current Verizon Storm 2 customer. I wanted to get my hands on the 9850 so I went to Sprint and purchased the 9850 on a new account. I figure I have 30 days to give everything back to Sprint. Having used the 9850 for a week now, I'm even more upset with Verizon. I hope Verizon gets this phone out soon. I really dont want to switch carriers but I've grown comfortable with full touch BB and Verizon is not giving me that choice yet. (The storm 2 has actually been great, but obviosuly with the 7s out I cant kep the storm) DOes anyone have better or more recent info than the Verizon Store poster last week?

Just got a confirm from my Verizon sales person they got the 9850 dummies. He will check with his rep, look for pre-order forms online and text me as soon as he knows anything.

I am with you. Verizon is going to be bleeding customers if they don't announce! There have been some rumors about Sept 1, but who knows. I just don't want to give up my old data plan, plus VZ gives the best coverage in my area. Agony!

Anyone have any information on the timeline between screenshots of the 9930 and the announced pre order time? We could get a better idea on when the phone pre orders will be available!

9930 was pre-order on the 15th release on the 25th.. but... doesnt mean that they will pre-order for the 9850. Hoping they just release it on the 1st

Our business rep said it was coming very soon early Sept. I tried to pin a date but he couldn't give one to me. Either Sept 1st or the 8th...Hopefully sooner than later!!!

I have 2 pics I took today of a VZW 9850 that my company has had for a week now on test. I was told that we typically get these test devices 2 weeks in advance of release so hopefully this 9/1 date is correct. Any way as soon as I get home I will post the pics as they are too big to post via a cell phone connection.

Just spoke to my verizon rep he confirmed the torch for business customers on the 8th and in store on the 15th!
