Lightbulb Trackpad Light Turned Off After Backup

    hello
so i got a torch 9850, brand new, and i decided to transfer all the data from my previous bb (storm 1), and then all fo the sudden the trackpad light doesn't turn on when i scroll/click it, and if i wipe the bb, the trackpad light works, i know it has something to do with the backup from the storm, but are there any settings for the trackpad light on the torch?, i just can't find them.
Any help will be much appreciated.

the trackpad light works, im positive about it, if i wipe the bb the tackpad light up and works fine, i didn't transfer any app from the storm, just the contacts and some settings for the calendar and internet, but when i install my backup on the torch, the trackpad shuts off permanently.
