Torch 9860 shuts itself off after 30 seconds of use
Recently got a Torch 9860. Worked fine for first 2 weeks. Then, started powering off by itself and requires battery pull to restart. Phone stays on when connected to charger, but turns off once removed. Have gotten a new battery and still does the same thing. Have reloaded OS multiple times, still not much help. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thanks

Reloading the same faulty os cannot work, update to the latest 7.1
If not, send the phone to repairs as a memory or bootup process seems to be interrupted or damaged.
