Torch 9860 loses time and date
If I do a battery pull (take battery out of phone), the phone loses time of day and date changes back to the last time I pulled battery out. This is a new battery. And Thanks for the help.

You should double-check your Date and Time settings.
Open your Options app. Type " date" and select Date and Time.
Make sure it's set like the image below, with the exception of choosing your own timezone of course.

would Update Time on Manual setting make this not work correctly
