I found these sheets over the internet, (don't ask me where) its RIM confidential Diagrams of the BlackBerry 9850 aka "Monaco" with all the revisions and versions of the PCB's (modifications and revisions of the motherboard)

also it contains fully explained electronic diagrams of the components, the architecture of the phone and lots of stuff of RIM

I hope it will be help someone with problems with phone, technicians, engeniers or some electronic geeks
