i recently purchase this phone because my old one got wet and when i place the sim, everything worked fine except no signal from blackberry, the RIM books where not installed, so what i did is i transfer all of my old backup info and the books got installed but got installed somewhere else and not in the HOST ROUTING TABLE, as it suppose to be, and went to claro my service provider already for 3 times and the morons that work there cant help and the technisian seems to be missing!!!!!!!!!!!!
