im encountering error while i tried playin a video on youtube, the picture was pixelated on all youtube video and i didn't encounter this problem when i was using .523. my os is now 7.1.0.569, any suggestion? thanks.

Are you using WiFi?

If you're using 3G connection, YouTube videos are usually pixelated and takes longer to buffer. Try adjusting the size of the video.

ahh i see..i am using 3G connection actually, lemme try using wifi and see any difference, thanks for the advice!

I ran into that problem when I am using Wi-Fi. The video is pixelated and audio is cracked. Also every few days my Blackberry torch just reboots by itself. Any advise?
