    Default OS 10?

Any chance 9860 will be upgraded to OS 10? Thoughts?

Sorry to say there will be zero chance. The only in market BB devices to get BB10 will be the PlayBook.

It doesn't have hardware that is compatible with OS10.

But you don't have to wait for you operator to release the OS, you can install any available for your device. All you need to do is deleting the vendor.xml files: there is a lot of threads on this :-)

I have a BB provided by my work... Would this cause issues?

If you are on BIS then it would be no issue at all.
If your company uses BES services, and your phone has IT policy, then I am not so sure. For sure you can update the software, but afterwards you might need to re-activate or re-register the phone within the company servers. Here you might want to check with the IT guys...

If its a work phone don't f*ck with it is my advice. ANY problem you have in the future your IT guys will blame on the OS upgrade. Besides, the differences are marginal unless you're on version 5 or 6...

    Default OS 10?

I can easily re activate it...I have the password. From what I saw, it looked like the latest OS solved a lot of the hanging issues, along with slow start up and some issues with typing... Those all seem like really great fixes as I'm having A LOT of problems with mine that they can't fix... Would it be really that bad if I updated it?
