As far as I know, it was never released. I haven't seen any in the wild.

im planning to buy some of the protective stickers to make it look white, it looks sooo awesome in white!

I think it might have been an artwork of the white Torch but it was never released. Looking at the 9780 and 9900 that had a white version, maybe there was one planned for the 9860 but was booted down the line.
