Well, first you have to make sure BBSAK connects to your BB (of course), once that is done, if you wanna save your apps, do so, but once you wipe with BBSAK, you will have to re-install the OS. If wiping is your only need, you can simply do a security wipe via Options>Security Options>Security Wipe.

It will take its time, just don't disconnect it or anything while it performs the wiping or you will/might brick it.

I wiped my OS just recently using BBSAK. It's really simple. Connect your Blackberry and open BBSAK, enter your device password (if it's password protected) and click connect. Click on 'Wipe Device'. You will now see a bar on the bottom of the options screen showing you the progress of the wipe. Once it's done your device will reboot and come up with an "error reload software 507" screen. Install the new OS on your computer and then select the 'Load OS' option. I think BBSAK automatically deletes the vendor file(s) for you but just in case do a search to make sure. And that's it, you've completely wiped all data from your device and installed the OS.

**Make sure you backup your data and 3rd party applications before wiping the OS**

The wiping process takes some time, just be patient
