Just got a Torch 9860, all going well, then after 3 days I have 'lost' the bar at the top of the home screen that shows the clock, signal strength etc - everything above the ringer icon and magnifying glass. It now is just a space in which you can see the wallpaper, although if you tap the space it brings up the Manage Connections screen as normal. Any ideas?

The very first thing to try is a battery pull. Remove the battery for at least a minute, then replace it and see if that does it. Give it a try then report back.
