Media Panel is empty

Yesterday as I was moving some of my icons I noticed that my media panel was empty. Not sure why. I actually didn't change a thing. Also, some of my icons now have question marks instead of the normal graphics. When I try to send certain apps to the media panel, nothing happens. It still stays blank. Please give some insight!

Did you install a theme. I had this happen after I installed a theme and then set it. Media icons all with question marks. And no icons in the media panel. I changed OT back to the original theme but then It was still the same. I had to uninstall the culprit theme and reboot before it went back to normal. I would suggest trying that.
Also it wasn't just a bad install or a bad download as I tried to reinstall the theme with the same results.
We need themebuilder ASAP!!!!
