Hi guys, i am new to the CB firum and wanted to find out why i cant recieve my email on my new handset (9860) it was all working perfect before and everything has migrated to the new device (sent and received mail as well as icon) but it cant do anything from the new one is this a network or a phone setting? previous phone had the mail box registered with network and i receive mail on it even on the same network in different country (different sim cards)

You can try to resend your service books. Go to setup»email accounts»internet email acc(if ur using bis) or enterprise email(if ur using bes)»press bb menu button»select service book»send service book. Try sending an email from and to ur email account that you put in ur device.
