working fine, i am now loading the OS on to my 9850. I am updating from 7.1.0.588, I will update when the OS is installed.

Update: This OS works fine on my device, no problems but also no major updates as far as I can tell. Runs pretty smooth.

With this version, you can pick the color of LED notification on a contact basis.

Installed, which BTW didn't take very much time at all compared to past versions, and running good.
Best thing, for me, is that BBM is no longer listed as "required" and didn't force me to install it. I don't use BBM, so I never liked it running in the background and used the downgrade and uninstall trick to get rid of it every update in the past.

    Install went fine. Used loader.exe.

Been running it a couple of hours now. 2 reboots and one battery pull.
    Runs smooth.
A little more memory free'd up. 5 mb according to Meterberry.

I like this one, under "Manage Connections" the "All Off" button was moved from the right side to the left side. This makes the accidental turning all off from
    happening so easily.

Had to reenter my email account passwords. Setup seems a little cranky doing this. Twice was the charm.

Had to redownload and install the 2.0 version of the application resource monitor.
The other "Betas" Facebook and Blackberry World just needed the codes entered back into them.
A few others needed their codes entered. Normal.

One odd thing I am still looking into.
All my emails and texting is combined into the main Messages folder.
But the count displayed on the main screen, at the top is double what is actually
    in the folder.
In short, I receive 1 email. The count at the top says 2.

UPDATE: Found the issue, email "Display Style" was set to "subject". This might be
a default setting now. Mine was set to "single Messages" under "Message Display and Actions" before
    the upgrade.

    Not on my end.
One email and get 1 in notice area.
This is with or without combining Email and Text into Messages.

A number of hours later still going strong. No issues found so far.

Right now I would recommend it.

    Default Best so far

I have tried every Verizon official OS release since I got the phone brand-new. I have had some sort of irritating ongoing problem with each of them, Such as uncaught exceptions, freeze ups, the phone ringing but refusing to answer, and a strange problem where the keyboard wouldn't accept characters while the device was figuring out what guess it was going to make regarding what word I was trying to type.

I have been fiddling with the phone since I installed this OS about six hours ago. I have not had any of the problems I had with previous official Verizon OS releases. It looks like this is finally the one. Yay.

Update: After 24 hours of using this release I can't find a bug and it works great. Wish I had this version a long time ago.

Installed last night. First reboot took a long time. A couple more battery pulls took longer than it had but now seems more to the minute and half it use to be. Haven't used it much yet but so far seems everything is okay.

    Hey all
Just tried downloading and about midway through installation onto my comuter I get an advisory that this may not load properly with Windows XP ?
It gave me the option to continue but the same advisory pop up came within seconds so I cancelled out . Any thoughts ? I have never seen this before and I have always downloaded the most current OS .

HMMMMM ! Finally got this to load using loader exc. Could not load thru BBHTOOL as I normally do. However when I did load it it was shrunk ?
Battery pull and reboot took about 1/2 the normal time All seems well , I like the updates you all have mentioned . Looks like a keeper so far.

I have been starting to have some issues with the version I had, so this is great timing. This actually makes me kind of giddy - I haven't installed an update in a while (leak, hybrid, or official).
