    I believe only the new OS 10 will have flash support.

    If you're asking that 9860 can stream youtube videos then the answer is yes but depends on your carrier whether they're going to charge you for the data or if it is already included in your bis plan.

    But if you want to play flv video files then the answer is can not. You have to convert the video file to 3gp, m4v, mp4, or avi.
