HTML based email client?
I believe BIS natively supports html emails and you just have to select the option when in the email to view it in html format.

Try this... Unable to receive email in HTML format on BB Torch... - BlackBerry Support Community Forums. It would help if you listed your operating system.
Blackberry Bold 9930
Blackberry Playbook 16G Wifi
Blackberry Bold 9650
Blackberry Pearl 8130
Blackberry 7250 (miss the scroll wheel) - 12-17-2012, 10:07 PM #16
Go to the message folder, or any email folder. Hit the menu button. Go to options, select Email Preferences, the first heading is HTML Email and the first option in that section is "Enable HTML Email." There is a selector above this section to select the email account you want to change.

Please post what OS version you are using. It is really impossible to help any further without it. That is why most have not attempted to help you. Mine is 7.1.0.694.
I have never had an issue though with any OS I used. Are all your email accounts gmail? I do not use gmail so I do not know if it would cause any issue. Mine are all pop accounts. You may want to try deleting your accounts and then setting them up again online and resending your service books. - 12-19-2012, 05:59 AM

If your phone is a corporate phone running on BES instead of BIS, most likely that is the reason you do not have access to that option. You may wish to ask the person who administers the phones on that system. Most likely it is an option they have chosen to not give you.

i tried it twice

Have you tried this?
1. Options
2.Device
3.Advance Systems
4.Host Routing Table
4. Press menu , click on "register now"
It still sounds like a BES phone on which the IT department has disabled the option. Has the phone ever been on BES? Did you buy it yourself or is it a company phone? did you buy it from a service provider itself?
