Hi guys,

I need help urgently please.

I purchased a phone here in South Africa which is linked to the Sprint Network and now I cannot use South African mobile networks i.e Vodacom, Cell C, etc.

The problem is, is that the BIS is NOT working but I can receive and make calls.

Any suggestions??

If you have make and receive phone calls, then the device is already unlocked. If "the BIS is NOT working", then the problem is likely the lack of the proper Service Books, since you are trying to use a device that is not supported natively by your service provider.

Understandable, i did receive service codes for Cell C and it worked for two weeks and then stopped?

I can make and receive calls but I cannot use the service providers easy codes such as *100# etc...
