Factory wipe, in the security settings.
Be sure to back up you device first.

I just see security wipe, if I check 1 and 2 will that give me back my original 7.0 build?

Or does the device keep 7.1?

Sounds like you are looking to go back to 7.0?

Use the app loader - here's the path on my Win7:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and you're looking for Loader.exe.

As others mentioned, you'll need to download the OS7.xx executable and install - then the app loader will give you the option to install 7.0. Can also be done from Desktop Manager (again after downloading OS).

    Hope this helps!
