My problem is my phone when making or recieveing calls works when its wants too, if i answer a call i can here it ring but when i answer cant hear anone other end, but if i press speaker button i can hear them, same with making a call, why is this? tried updating no joy and tried restting and no differance there either. This happens now and then its very annoying, please help thanks you

Sounds lime your earpiece speaker either has a loose connection or is failing. You may need to have it checked/replaced. The fact that the speakerphone is working consistently points to a problem with the ear speaker.
