Help my 9850 BB display screen is light gray with a few narrow lines on it :(

I have a work 9850. The screen might be damaged. I took the battery out and nothing changed.

I need the calendar and contacts. The phone rings but I can't see the display.

Can I get another 9850 with out notify work?

Did the company issue the device? How did the phone get damaged? Would you be better off replacing the screen?

Yes the company issued the device, with Sprint as the provider. The screen looks like it has a small crack. Can I replace the screen?

Yes LCD screens are replaceable at around $50! If you are sure that you haven't damaged the device, give it to your company and let them repair it.

You can find screens at a lot of places if you can't take it back to your company without getting in trouble. There are also videos on youtube that show you how to replace it.
