Torch 9860 refuses to back up on DM for Mac. I have tried all the workarounds on the forums and the Blackberry website including:
-updating my DM (several times)
-uninstalling and reinstalling the latest versions of DM (several times)
-clearing data manually (such as social feeds, browser cache, smart card options etc.)
-selective data back up (clicking and unclicking boxes labeled with the suggested culprits)

I want to update my software, but the DM refuses to let me do so without first backing up the device. Will someone PLEASE give a solution to this ridiculous problem?! And not just a "Try updating your DM.". I've received that advice from 2 separate forums, when I've already clearly stated above the steps I have already taken.

What, if any error messages do you receive? Does it just stop, or does it do nothing? Any details you can give would be helpful.

Delete social feeds off of your phone, worth a try, you can install it after if you use it.

Deleting social feeds first will definitely resolve your problem
