Hi folks! Im currently around the 25 th battery pull today trying to power my blackberry up! Its stops 3/4 of the way and just stays there!! As a side note prior to today it would have taken me 3 or 4 pulls to get her going. This all started about 2 weeks ago. But now no luck!

Any help right about now would be moooooore then welcomed!! What shall i do??

How long do you wait before you pull the battery again? I remember I had a similar issue with my 9700 a couple years ago. I read in one of the forums to put it down and leave it alone for 10 to 15 minutes and then come back to it. I did that and at some point it finally got past the 3/4 mark and from that point forward it would reboot normally on a battery pull. It's worth a try if you haven't done it.

How old is your battery?

Does it connect to bb desktop manager? Or won't your pc recognize it?

Did you try to boot it in the "safe" mode ?

Never mind fixed it. All I had to do was walk into my cell phone provider store and say ill take that z10 plz.

reload your OS with rapindo

after fix the problem , sell your device
the problem cause by snapdragon chipset

i think i had the same problem with my 9860 after an os update. just waited and it finished booting.
