Calendar Issue
I searched the forums and couldn't really find anything about my issue
My 9860 has multiple entries in the calendar option, I'm not talking about 1 or 2 but for example for my wife's birthday there's over a 1000 entries.
So I tried to restore from an older back up which had a total of 347 entries and now I'm unable to open the calendar on my phone. It will freeze and tie up the memory.
I'm able to hit the end button to get out of whatever it's trying to do but the calendar is still running in the background. I pull up the application manager and it's using 98% of my phone.
I just did a batter pull again so I can use my phone and try to figure it out.
Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
Oh forgot to add, I'm on BIS using 2 gmail accounts loaded. Running apps which I've removed for the time being, Berryweather, battery watch, and pattern lock. - 05-09-2012, 09:57 AM #2

No its multiple entries for the same day. I removed the email that was associated with it, deleted all entires on my google calendar and battery pulled before adding the email back. It removed the entries from the phone. I thought I was set until I added back the email and all the entries returned.

So I'm still confused why this would happen. I just finished manually deleting the 1024 entries for my friends birthday for May 18 now my other friends anniversary for May 20. There's about 900 or so for him.
I went to google calendar and the entries are no longer on there so I'm not sure why it's appearing on my phone. When I delete the email from the phone the entries disappear but after a few battery pulls and then adding the email back it all come back.
