I have a blackberry 9860 that just turns itself off and stays on when connected to the charger eh what other bacteria tested and does the same any information about this

Is the battery dead? I have two 9860 & both at some point in time just turn itself off, but that only happen once. Have no reason why only that it happens.

I have a 9850 not charge the battery and good, but when you start 9860 off and if I have it connected to the pc or charger works fine to charge the battery.
