I did the new update and it downloaded successfully but then I had to go through the install process. Now it said it would take two hours so I started it at 8:00pm yesterday (11/16/12) and then around 10:30pm it was only at 6%, which the 6% happen thirty minutes in. So I was frustrated and took the battery out thinking it would stop the installing, but when i put the battery back in and it went straight back to the installing screen. So i thought if I would leave it alone and it would be done updating by the morning. It was installing from 10:35pm - 6:17am and still at 3%, then I did the battery again and it ran from 6:20am - Continuing right now as I write this post. I just wondering is there anything you can do or do you know anything I can do so I can get back to texting? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
