Blackberry 7.1 Software problems
Got a message from blackberry to up grade to the new 7.1 software, after doing this my phone took hours to up date. It then blocked everything and said it would take up to 2 hours to up date. I left it running over night as couldn't do anything with it. Sadly I forgot to plug in the charger, so it has totally drained my phone. My phone now wont charge or switch on. Can anyone advise what I can do? I don't have a spare phone were I can charge it on. Other option is to buy a new battery, which I don't want to do unless I have to.

How did you do the update, Over the air or from the BB desk top manager software?

I just got a spare battery charger. You can get them from Amazon and have it delivered overnight. They list this as being for the 9900 and there is another listing for the 9850/9860 but it is more expensive and they are the same charger.
