Hi guys. Does anyone else have bis problems in south africa with the 9860? I used cell c for two weeks and suddenly my bis expired. They told me they didn't have the certificates of the device and it would occur frequently. Gave me a reference number and nothing happened after two days of waiting. I got fed up and purchased an 8ta sim this morning. Loaded my bis and still no dice. Called them twice and they said they'll resolve it within 72 hours. Any advice would be helpful guys, thanks.
