Had to bring my phone to Telus the other day. They have sent it out for check/replacement.
Now I have a 9700 in the meantime...with OS5 hahahah. Needless to say I updated to OS6 pretty fast! And have lost track how mant times I've tapped the screen haahhaha. Ohhhh please get my 9860 back asap Telus!

So today I purchased from Rounded.com the front cover for my 9860. But I am not convinced that it is entirely a hardware problem. I believe it is more a RAM problem. For a while today after going back from .402 to .342 the back and menu buttons worked fine. After i upgraded some of my apps, they started malfunctioning again. Will do a battery pull just to verify.
