Default Alt + Right Shift + H (Help Me Screen) on touch BB?

How to view the Help Me screen on Torch 9860 as it does not have physical keyboard?

So I tried Hold down the "Back" Button and touch the Top Left then Top Right then Top Left and Top Right again, but nothing happened.

How long do I have to Hold down the Back button before I touch the top left and top right of the screen? Do I touch the Top Left and Top Right together or Touch them one after another?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I discovered how to do it, touch and hold the back key, after sbout 1 second, (while holding the back key) touch the upper left and then right, left again and right again and it appears, touch on the battery and the signal, opening and closing the manage connection menu

Hold down the "back" button while you touch the top left, top right, top left again, and top right again of the screen..

It's the same method like the 9500/30. Do it fast and don't let go the "back" button until you're finished touching top left, top right, top left, top right. The top left is where the battery icon located and top right is where the signal icon is located.

    Default Correction

It’s not necessarily the top right and top left. Top left below the sound profile icon and Top right below the Search icon

yeah nothing on mine. im gonna sell it cause it's running super slow when compared to my bold 9900. even base os is noticeably slower. honestly i think there's something wrong with it cause isn't it supposed to have the same internals as my bold? definitely doesn't look like it.

MaxPayne...are the fido BBs on the 1700 frequencies like tmobile in the USA? Maybe we can work out something if you want to get rid of it.

oh man, i already sold it. sorry dude. Actually i was shocked at how fast it got scooped up. within a couple of hours. madness considering i hear from everyone that no one wants this phone. in fact in canada, most carriers have already discontinued it. i thought it would be sitting on my dresser for weeks. sorry again.
