Default accidently deleted an email on phone

So I accidently deleted a message on my phone without reading it, it is through an email address via outlook/windows mail. I have opened windows mail on my laptop and downloaded the recent emails from the server but this email hasn't turned up. How else can I retrive it, I would have thought it would have been downloads again on my laptop but does deleting it from my phone delete the whole thing so it will never arrive anywhere else?

This message has never been downloaded from the server to my laptop before.

Does you BB ask you what to do. Mine asks if I want to delete "Mailbox and Handheld", "Handheld only" or "Cancel".

Also, is the mailbox IMAP or POP? POP downloads the message and removes it from the server. IMAP leaves the message on the server. My assumption is that it is IMAP.

If it doesn't prompt you for what to do, go into Message Options --> Email Reconciliation. There select the email address then in Folder Options change the Delete On option to "Prompt" or "Handheld" the third option "Mailbox & Handheld" will delete the message from your BB and the server.

These instructions are for BB 6 but should help.

The deleted email should still be in the Trash folder of your desktop email. Just re-send it to yourself.

ALToronto is right, just resend the email from your webmail trash folder and you will get it as a new mail to your inbox.
