There's a seller on ebay mentioned by someone in another thread who has replacement casings, screens, digitizers, and such. You could try getting in touch with them to ask if they have replacement cameras or know someone who does. The link to the ebay store is:

If you can't find one then you can always try to look for a broken "for parts" device.
