    Default 7.1 for 9860 (Iusacell - MEXICO) ??

    Hey guys.. i have a 9860 in the Iusacell network here in mexico, and i want to get the 7.1, but its not available for my network.. how can i upgrade? i mostly only want the WiFi Hotspot feature,.. i currently have 7.0.0.579..
