Finally solved my download issue. But I'm getting java exceptions for bluetooth. It totally disappears from the status bar access, leaving only data, wifi and hotspot. Going to the Bridge, Bridge will turn on, but says I need to turn on bluetooth for it to work. The bluetooth button there gives me an exception. If I go to setup and access bluetooth from there, I also get an exception. OS is 7.1.0.284.
