How are you all..??

so i bought a torch 9810 2 days ago..

and the only problem i'm facing is when i play youtube on 3g or 2g it doesn't work...when i

type in the browser YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. i get a blank screen..

biut when i do it in wifi it works perfect with me..

i called my provider and they say your sittings are right..no problems ...

so can anyone please help me..??

I have the same problem and I think this problem starts with OS6 latest update
and with OS 7
and I hope they'll solve it on system update

I can get to the youtube website but I'm getting "Your IT policy doesn't allow RSTP streaming" message when I try to play any video. I posted before but no solution yet......

And it works no problem on wifi too.

Works perfectly fine for me. If you using it on a different carrier than the one the phone was orginally bought from, then you need to update the apn settings.

I also have the same prob of youtube vdos not playing over cellular but works perfect over wifi, i hav seen the youtube app takes it to the browser nd the vdo link to the rtsp instead of http....the unable to play vdo error shows up so i hav tried deleting the wap2 transport file from the options>device>advanced settings>service book now it says " the apn is not configured properly. to stream media please configure the APN.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO???? SOMEBODY PLZZZ HELP..

I think it's network dependant coz I have no issues. Yes the rtsp streams may not work but when I open youtube therez a play button right in the middle of the vid that when I click starts playing the vid. Uses data yes but if one has data bundles then your credit will be used or if you have access to wi fi then lucky you. No apn setup on my side to force everything to go through BIS.

My youtube works but the video quality is crap, it used to be HD on my bold 9900 now its just gone completely crap someone help!!!!

i think network providers with less that H+ capability block YouTube. i am seldom able to stream YouTube directly from the BB
